- Cluster size & node count: Compute resources provisioned across your Kubernetes clusters — scales with workload demands.
- Support tier: Standard business-hours SLA is included. Premium 24/7 response adds to the monthly cost.
- Observability data retention: Longer log and metrics retention windows increase storage requirements.
- Custom configurations & integrations: Bespoke platform features, SSO providers beyond SAML, or third-party tool integrations.
- Number of teams & workspaces: Multi-workspace setups with isolated access per team. Pricing does not scale per seat.
Most enterprise deployments also include a project-based engagement to migrate existing workloads, implement Kubernetes, or design cloud architecture alongside platform onboarding.

- Existing infrastructure integration: Connecting to legacy systems, on-premise identity providers, or existing procurement cloud contracts.
- Number of teams & departments: Workspaces and access control across departments. Pricing scales by environment, not by user count.
