Stephen Layne, Chief Executive Officer
Steve is a senior executive and entrepreneur
with over 20 years of global experience in the growth and operational
management of large, mid-sized and small technology and telecommunications
firms.
Prior to joining Entigo, Steve served as Founder, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of United Messaging, a privately held electronic
messaging services provider. Under his leadership, Steve raised
over $100 million dollars in private equity to fund United Messaging's
growth from a start-up in 1998 into a global services provider with
brand name Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to this, he held several
executive management roles at Lotus Development and IBM: as Vice
President & General Manager, Lotus Messaging, he was responsible
for all of Lotus' messaging products including Domino, Notes and
cc:Mail. As Vice President & General Manager, Soft-Switch Inc.,
a privately held company acquired by Lotus, Steve led the software
development, manufacturing and service delivery of high performance
message switching systems. Steve received a B.S.degree from George
Mason University.

Joe's most recent
position was President and CEO of ProCaveo, Inc. Joe led the
initiative to reposition the company during his first six months
focusing it on security and business integration and helped the
company raise over two million dollars in funding.
Prior to joining ProCaveo , Joe spent five years at CoreTech
Consulting Group, an information technology-consulting firm based in
King of Prussia, PA. Joe joined CoreTech Consulting Group, Inc., as
Technology Manager--Electronic Commerce Services. In this role, he
developed CoreTech’s Electronic Commerce service line and
competencies.
In his five years at CoreTech, Joe has served as Director of
Marketing, developing service offerings and marketing programs;
Practice Manager for the Electronic Business Technologies consulting
practice and Practice Manager for Application Services. During his
tenure at CoreTech, Joe also played an important role in creating
CoreTech's Electronic Business Strategy and acquisition program. Joe’s
last role was Chief e-business Officer responsible for realigning the
organization's clients in order to meet the increased demand for
e-business offerings.
